"Nothing will benefit human health and increase the chances for survival of life on Earth as much as the evolution to a vegetarian diet."...Albert Einstein

New Dawn MT Farm Sanctuary is a farmed animal sanctuary and compassionate center. New Dawn MT Farm Sanctuary promotes respectful views and compassionate, loving choices through farmed animal rescue, public education and the Western Montana Vegetarian Society, to prevent cruelty to farmed animals. Contributors and sponsors - visit your farmed animal friends as much as you'd like! Public tours are offered to individuals and groups. All are welcome to visit New Dawn MT Farm Sanctuary! For a useage donation, have your festive event at the sanctuary: children birthday parties, weddings, business events, etc. Did you know, all around the country, people are getting married at farm animal sanctuaries. Email us to discuss details further.

A variety of farm animals reside at New Dawn MT Farm Sanctuary, which provides a permanent home to: cattle, pigs, poultry, sheep, goats etc., commonly used in food and additional commodity production.
We invite you to become a supporter of our sanctuary too. With your financial donations, volunteerism and support, we can continue to help more animals. New Dawn MT Farm Sanctuary, serves as an oasis for people who are interested and care about animals to have contact with the farm animals. Guests visiting the sanctuary have the opportunity to learn that farmed animals need protection and, indeed, love too, as do all species of this planet.
Dogs: a kennel to house foster dogs has been built. We need funding or donations of supplies to build a fenced-in area apart from the farm animals for the dogs. Please help us to complete this project to help homeless dogs. With this completed area we will add yet another species of animal to our sanctuary-dogs! Being of assistance to other organizations that help re-home dogs is our goal for NDMFS.
Come and utilize the on-premises education center that provides educational opportunities , while you visit our animal ambassadors.

New Dawn MT Farm Sanctuary provides projects and internship positions and placements for University of Montana staff and students. The internship program is designed to give college students a chance to gain experience with farmed animals in a nonproduction type setting. Most of the students, who receive school credit for their time at the sanctuary, are from neighboring U M. The internship offers students the rare opportunity to see farm animals behaving naturally and to observe them living freely. Students can interact with the animals as they participate in their daily care, special projects, plan activities and office duties.Additionally, New Dawn MT
gives students information about animal agriculture systems and current animal, environment and human health and welfare concerns. If you are interested in being a New Dawn student intern, contact U M internship dept. or e-mail the sanctuary. Church adults and students, Scout groups, K-12 students, etc., are all welcome to visit the farm animals and day projects abound here for wholesome, helpful activities and fun.
Animal residents have a life-long shelter and live out their natural life-spans in peace at: New Dawn MT Farm Sanctuary. We are prepared when accepting an animal to provide life-long care, without hesitation, for whatever reason they have come to us. Farm animals receive love and more: appropriate feed and hay, veterinarian care, land to roam freely and good housing.
As animal ambassadors for their kind, let the residents speak to you in their own way about our version of the 3- R's: Re-thinking,
Reducing and aiming to ultimately Refuse to eat or wear animal-based products. We hope to inspire people to choose a mindful, humane lifestyle that benefits the animals, humans and our planet. A winning combination! For all!
